Home in sight

Just a quick update on a busy day.

Clarification - although Grady was discharged he is still here in the NICU with us. If he left, he wouldn't be able to come back for infection control reasons and with Carrie feeding, it would just be impossible to split them up.

Our big news of the day is that Ella is being discharged this evening between 5 and 6. The doctor came in to do a check up this morning and said he had no issues with letting her go!! We are so excited to go home. Carrie hasn't been there since the 18th!!

Today we are doing vaccinations, pictures, discharge paperwork etc. We'll post pictures before we leave.

Thanks to everyone for prayers and support. God is faithful and all things work to his glory.

Stephen

Hi Guys,

I just found the website today (late, I know) and just caught up on everything that has been happening! It brought tears to my eyes and I'm so thankful that everyone is doing a-okay now! The babies are just darling, and you guys look so proud! I'm so happy for all for of you, and pray that you will all be able to *finally* go home as a family!

You are always in my thoughts and prayers,

Becky

What wonderful news! Praise God! We're so glad you guys are going to be able to finally go home! It will be so wonderful to sleep in your own beds and to have the twins all to yourselves! We pray the transition back home goes well and that Ella and Grady can get on the same feeding schedule so you guys can get a few winks of sleep here and there! Wish we were closer to be able to visit! We think of you guys every day! Love, Abby and Paul
